Damaged Shipment:

Please contact Customer Service at 716-853-1791 to obtain authorization to return damaged product. Replacements will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product.

Order Cancellation:

Please have your order number available and contact Customer Service at 716- 853-1791 to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, a refund will be issued once product is returned to our warehouse less the appropriate shipping costs.
