How are the wings shipped?
Wings are pre-cooked, frozen and packed for priority overnight delivery. The
wings will naturally defrost during shipping and should be refrigerated and not re-frozen when you receive them.
When should I place an order for chicken wings?
Chicken wings should be ordered three business days prior to shipping them. They will be shipped priority overnight three days after you order them. Orders placed on Tuesday are shipped on the following Monday and will arrive on the Tuesday. If you would like to order wings Tuesday and receive them Saturday, an additional $25.00 will be added to each order. We only ship Tuesday through Friday and on Saturdays for an additional $25.00. .
What time of day will the chicken wings be delivered?
The wings will arrive between 10:00am - 11:00am EST. Please make sure wings are refrigerated immediately. If the wings are left on your doorstep or the
local FEDEX station they might become inedible before you attain them.
What do I do with the wings when they arrive?
In most cases the wings will have defrosted and should be refrigerated until you are ready to warm them.
How long can I keep the wings in the refrigerator before warming?
The chicken wings should be served within 36 hours after receiving them.
How do I warm the chicken wings?
The wings are fully cooked so you only have to heat them preferably in a
conventional oven for 10-15 minutes at 350ºF. When using a microwave oven, cover wings and heat them on high for 5 minutes.
When are the chicken wings cooked?
The chicken wings are cooked fresh every morning at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo. They are then placed in the freezer until shipped to you.
What comes with the chicken wing order?
Your order includes celery, bleu cheese and warming instructions.
